Herd
of Elephants Guide Blind Elephant Through Flood Water
<µ¿¿µ»óº¸·¯°¡±â>
Description:
The seasonal monsoons and Typhoon Yagi aren't just
affecting humans in Thailand, but wildlife too. The Elephant Nature Park shared
a video showing how three elephants help guide a fourth blind elephant. As they
wade through the flood water to a safer location, the other elephant had
trouble getting through fencing and debris. So they call out to gently guide
the elephant, so it's not left behind.

These elephants are helping another elephant in need.
The seasonal monsoons in Typhoon Yagi aren't just
affecting humans in Thailand¡¦ but wildlife too.
The Elephant Nature Park shared a video showing how
three elephants helped guide a fourth blind elephant. As the pack wades through the floodwater to a safer location, the other
elephant has trouble getting through fencing and debris. So, they gently call
out to guide the elephant so it's not left behind.
Elephant Nature Park is home to over 3,000 rescued
animals, including 125 elephants, 800 dogs, and thousands of cats.
Staff say because the water levels are still high,
many of the animals that call the area home are still missing. At least 500
people were killed as a result of Typhoon Yagi.
