Vocabulary:

1.Evaporation = is a process where liquids change to a gas or vapor. Water changes to a vapor or steam from the energy created when molecules bounce into one another because they're heated up. Sweat drying from our body is a great example of evaporation.
2.Condensation = is the process where water vapor becomes liquid.
3.Precipitation = water that falls to the earth as hail, mist, rain, sleet, or snow.
4.Transpiration = the process by which plants give off water vapor through openings in their leaves.
5.Sublimation = is the process by which a solid transforms into a gas without passing through the liquid stage. Questions:
1.What happens when the sun heats up the water in the rivers and oceans?
2.What do you call it when the water vapor rises up into the air?
3.What forms the cloud? And what do you call it?
4.What happens to the cloud when it gets too heavy? And what do you call it?
5.Where does the water go when it rains?
6.What is the water cycle?
7.Why it rains more in places with more trees?
8.What do you call it when the snow directly turns into water vapor without melting into water?
9.How do you feel when it is raining? Why?
